Hi, and thanks for your interest in reserving a weekend at Camp Andrews! We would love to see what we have available that might work for your group.<\/p>\n

Camp Andrews offers two options regarding meals for your weekend group. You can bring your group and provide your own cooks and food, or you can bring your group and provide your own cooks, while we supply the food.<\/p>\n

Camp Andrews is also open to groups that would like to come part of a day, including Day Groups, Facility Rentals, Work Groups, School Groups, etc. You can find these rates listed under Itemized Rates<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    1. Request a Reservation<\/strong> using the form below. To view lodge availability, please click here<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Reservation Package<\/strong> – After your Reservation is approved, you will receive a reservation package. Your reservation package will include a welcome letter, a reservation form, a map of the facilities, and a rates brochure<\/a>. Please review these carefully.<\/li>\n
    3. Reservation Confirmation <\/strong>– A deposit and signed reservation form needs to be sent to the camp office with a completed reservation form to secure your reservation.  The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.  Your date will be held for 2 weeks pending the deposit payment and signed reservation form.<\/li>\n
    4. Details<\/strong> – We will email you a detail sheet 1-2 months before your retreat. You can fill this out requesting and confirming any programming you may want, meeting space, sound equipment, and other details<\/li>\n
    5. Confirm<\/strong> – One week before your retreat date, we ask for the number of guests you’re planning to bring<\/li>\n
    6. Final Payment<\/strong> – Payment can be made during your stay. At that time you can leave your deposit for the next year and reserve your weekend or use your deposit toward your total bill<\/li>\n
    7. Rebooking<\/strong> – Guest groups have the first option to rebook the same retreat date next year. However, after three months the retreat date will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t
